Okay. NOW I feel semi-professional. I'm so ecstatically proud with this piece that I even DREAMT about this world after its completion! I haven't dreamt about my creations in years!
It's Steampunk Sy! You know that the character is me by two important little factors: the moles around my mouth. One on the lower left and one on the upper right. XD
This is MY world. Almost everything in it represents something. The houses are the homes of those whom I love, the buildings represent my ideas and opportunities. The airships are my dreams (not dreams you sleep, dreams you create) the observatory is my interest in learning, and the fish represents Jesus. He is the guardian of my world. =3
The two other flyers in ribbons represent two of my favorite created characters, Kichiro and Hoshiyama, hangin' out in my world. He's not free-falling, he's doing an arial somersault! XD And he's nakey! Just cuz I forgot to draw his clothes. Oh, well. You can't see his business, anyway. X3 No, this will NOT become a normal thing with me! XD
The girl in the clouds is the illusionist. She is the one who brings evil into my world, in the form of actions, thoughts, or ideas. She's persistant, but Jesus keeps her at bay. (Sailor Moon fans, the pigtails are just coincidence!) My family's wisdom, represented by the fox, helps to protect me from the illusionist. My world is a land of sunlight in the midst of bleakness. And NO one will stop me from living in the sunlight.
By the way, you see that little house down there? The one going
? I picked that one for my own, the most unique one! =3
Oh yeah, PS: 1.5 hours to sketch, 4.5 hours to color. 6 hours total. Obviously. XD =3
