Sailor Opheliaby *TetielCommentsDevious CommentsI'm so glad you liked it so much and thank you for the critique <3 I'm glad it didn't seem monotone. I tried really hard not to make it as such primarily because I've had comments on it before (I honestly think people watch me because of the insane amount of colours and shiny desu) But yes, I have the worst time with arms and elbows and I have no idea why

The subject's form is quite well executed, although I feel that the way the piping on the gloves was drawn gives the illusion of incomplete elbows. It's good that the elbows are soft and not overly pointed, but perhaps by adjusting the piping, the arms will appear more complete and will compliment the rest of the figure better.
The figure itself expresses a shy sweetness that is apparent with all of her features combined. You also balanced it very well by adding a background that faded into pink where there was more white and that faded into white where there was more pink. I think that this was a remarkable observation of good balance.
In a nutshell: too cute! If there were a doll like this, I'll bet it would smell like candy! Or at least come with some.... X3
